SINTERED
FERRITE

Ferrite Magnets offer a good level of magnetism, a good resistance to being demagnetised and good corrosion resistance, at the lowest cost.
Ferrite magnets are sintered into a selection of standard shapes and these can then be cut into smaller shapes using diamond cutting tools.

Isotropic Ferrite Disc Magnets
Isotropic Ferrite Disc Magnets are magnetised multipole on one face.
Maximum operating temperature: 180 deg. C.
These magnets are typically used in 'Fridge magnets'.
They can be easily bonded in place with a variety of adhesives and are especially suitable for attaching to thin sheet metal surfaces. |

Anisotropic Ferrite Magnets with Countersunk Holes
These are extremely versatile ferrite magnets that are easily fixed using a simple countersunk screw. They are magnetised NORTH on one pole and SOUTH on the opposite face.
Supplied in a pack of 4. Maximum operating temperature - 180 deg. C.
These magnets are extremely resistant to being demagnetised and exert a deep magnetic field. |
Ideal for attracting steel parts through relatively large airgaps.
They are also ideal for triggering reed switches or hall effect sensors though gaps of 20-30mm.
Suitable for attracting or repelling applications.
