Deep Pot Magnets
Deep pot magnets have a steel outer shell with a tapped hole in the back and a highly magnetic front face. These are ideal for incorporating into jigs and fixtures. They offer high holding forces on parts that are thick and clean with a good surface finish.
Maximum operating temperature: 220 deg. C. |
To make a jig or fixture magnetic, simply drill a flat bottomed hole and a central fixing hole, push the deep pot magnet into it and secure tightly from underneath with a cap screw. The magnet's magnetic face can be now be ground flush with the surface of the fixture.

Shallow Pot Magnets
Shallow pot magnets are low profile for applications where height is limited.
They have a clearance hole through and a countersink on the magnetic face to accept a counterunk screw.
Maximum operating temperature: 500 deg. C. |
Shallow pot magnets can be fixed onto or sunken into steel surfaces without any loss of performance.

Horse Shoe Magnets
Horse Shoe Magnets have a well recognised and traditional horse shoe shape.
They have a north and south pole.
Maximum operating temperature: 500 deg. C. |
Horse shoe magnets are often refered to as pocket magnets, they are supplied with a keeper and can be used to easily check whether parts are ferrous or not.

Button Magnets
Button Magnets are simply horseshoe magnets in a compact circular format.
All sizes have clearance holes for mounting and can work at temperatures up to 500 deg. C.
Power Magnets
Power Magnets are powerful and durable horseshoe magnets that give a high performance through a range of air gaps and high temperatures. A high level of stability, corrosion resistance and temperature resistance. Ideal for retrieving parts from hot and corrosive liquids.
Maximum operating temperature: 500 deg. C. |
Limpet Pot Magnets
Limpet Pot Magnets provide high performance and low profile.
Limpet pot magnets incorporate ferrite magnets to give a superior hold on surfaces which are dirty and uneven.
Maximum operating temperature: 180 deg. C. |
Ideal for holding back doors and gates or any application which needs a solid, positive and reliable magnetic grab.
